The Little Gym in Newnan, GA is seeking energetic individuals to coach gymnastics classes and train new instructors. You will ensure program quality is aligned with our proven curriculum and franchise model.

Responsibilities include leading staff training, managing front desk operations and memberships, and delivering outstanding customer service to families who treat members like family. You will help maintain high standards across all programs.

• Ability to build and execute training plans for new hires.
• Capability to lead workshops and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute training plans for new hires and lead spotting workshops.
• Operate the front desk when not coaching; manage enrollment and memberships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
• Oversee breadth of programs to meet The Little Gym International standards.
• Oversee training and evaluation of team members.
