You will teach gymnastics, support member experience, handle calls and emails, assist with scheduling, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio. This full-time position offers training, development, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching gymnastics or children’s programs.
• Strong customer service skills and a personal, friendly approach.
• Ability to communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce core values and mission statement.
• Teach gymnastics classes based on proven curriculum and methods.
• Provide outstanding member experience and support enrollment.
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Publicly share knowledge of programs and events.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and equipment.
• Manage schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends.
