Job summary

The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking a full-time Gym Director responsible for the overall performance of the location, directly reporting to the owners. You will teach classes, manage day-to-day operations, and lead your team in delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics and possess strong management skills. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year. Evening shifts and one weekend day are required.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience preferred.
