Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking a Gym Director for its Bay Ridge-Bensonhurst location in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role requires previous management of a gymnastics facility and leads daily operations, staff training, and member experience.

You will teach our curriculum, oversee service quality, and drive growth while ensuring a fun, high-energy environment for kids and families.

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
• Customer service experience
• Gymnastics gym management experience 2 years (required)

(Previous Experience Managing a Gymnastics Facility Is Required)

Job Summary:

The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position (Previous experience managing a gymnastics facility is required) responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Director reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.
