Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking a Gym Director to lead a Charleston location with full responsibility for overall performance. This is a career-level, full-time role reporting to the owners of the franchise location.

You will supervise staff, drive member experience, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality classes while promoting growth and community involvement in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Management experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile.
