Job summary

KidStrong Summerville is seeking a passionate Children's Coach to engage with kids aged 12 months to 11 years and their parents. You will lead age-appropriate activities, follow the monthly curriculum, and maintain a fun, safe, and energetic classroom environment.

Responsibilities include managing class pace, communicating with parents about progress, and ensuring center cleanliness. Flexible part-time or full-time hours are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Experience coaching kids in the target age range is preferred.
• Ability to speak with parents about the curriculum and development.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Maintain class pace and ensure on-time start/end of sessions.
• Greet families and engage with parents/guardians before class begins.
• Keep the center clean and safe, including equipment and floors.
• Record class data and attendance using the KS Coach’s App.
• Communicate professionally with staff via Slack.
