Library Jobline in Evergreen, CO is hiring a dynamic Full-Time Kids and Families Librarian to lead story times and other programming, mentor staff, and build relationships with the community. Some evenings and weekends are required.

A Master’s degree in library science is preferred, along with at least one year of public library experience. This union position is represented by AFSCME; accommodations are available during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service with a focus on researching and guiding patrons to resources.
• Present programs and workshops in the library and at off-site locations.
• Contribute to outreach, displays, and community engagement.
• Assist in daily operations and ensure a welcoming library environment.
• Support supervision and training of staff as needed.
