Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The role focuses on safety, fun, and strong guest interaction while delivering a high-quality experience for families.

You will greet members, guide activities, supervise staff, and promote Life Time Kids programs, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment and accurate program records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication with members and guests.
• Ability to engage a group of children in activities and keep them engaged.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of play areas and equipment.
• Maintains program documentation and supports staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests professionally.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains safe environments for toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation and cleaning checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Provides feedback and coaching to team members.
