Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor - PNO to coordinate safe, fun activities for children during Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs.

You will engage kids with storytelling, crafts, games and friendly supervision to create memorable experiences for members and guests. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and customer service as you guide activities, monitor environments, and promote Life Time Kids programs.

Qualifications

Experience working with children.
Ability to engage a group of children in activities.
Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
Monitors and ensures a safe and healthy environment around toys, sports equipment, children, and surroundings.
Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback and coaching.
