Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED must be obtained within first 60 days.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities like storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors safety and maintains a healthy environment with toys, equipment, and surroundings.
• Keeps operational documentation, audits, and staff checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team evaluations and provides coaching as needed.
