Qualifications

• Must meet all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, safe environment with respect to toys and equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits and staffing checklists.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
