Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Kids’ Dentistry Assistant Manager for our Tempe, AZ location (Tempe Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics). You will assist the KD Operations Manager in achieving the financial performance and revenue growth strategy for the location, while delivering the Perfect Patient Experience to gain Patients for Life.

In this supervisory role, you will lead front office teams, plan schedules, coach staff, and implement operational best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as manager of supported practice in KD Operations Manager's absence.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Work with staff to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
• Driving year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
• Provides feedback regarding tactics that improve financial and patient outcomes for the rest of the organization.
• Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure office follows PDS standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
• Implements company culture, values, standards, and best operating practices based on the “We Believes.”
• Demonstrates stewardship of the PDS Brand with decisions aligned to the Brand framework.
• Executes PDS processes, systems, and tools, while contributing to their improvement and PPE efforts to gain Patients for Life.
