Job summary

KidStrong Coach role in McKinney, TX is a part-time position supporting KidStrong Camps during Winter, Spring and Summer breaks. You will deliver curriculum in 45-minute classes, engage kids crawling to 11, and help families understand progress.

We’re seeking high-energy individuals passionate about kids, CPR/AED certified, with 20 hours/week availability including evenings and weekends. Training, development, and advancement await you as part of a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• Ability to engage and hold a room of kids and parents.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before first class).

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum in 45‑minute classes for kids crawling–11 (up to 24 hours/week).
• Demonstrate movements, ensure proper technique, and keep kids safe and progressing.
• Build relationships with kids and families and guide parents through class flow.
• Support center operations and ongoing training.
