Job summary

KidStrong Camps in Southlake, TX is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver our 45-minute classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old, up to 24 hours per week. You’ll build brain, body and character while demonstrating movements and keeping kids safe.

If you bring high energy, a love for kids, and strong communication with parents, you’ll help parents track progress and contribute to a team that values training, advancement, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for working with kids.
• High energy, strong presence, and ability to hold a room of kids and parents.
• Positive, motivating communication style and comfort speaking with kids and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week).
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session beyond athletic skills.
• Physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and keep every kid safe and progressing.
