Job summary

Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg is seeking a part-time Code Sensei to mentor ninjas, guide coding projects, and maintain a fun, safe learning space. You will work afternoons/evenings and weekends in Fleming Island, World Golf, Saint Johns locations, helping kids build problem-solving and teamwork skills.

The role emphasizes mentoring, classroom energy, and collaboration with the team to deliver engaging coding experiences. Prior tutoring or teaching is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (mentoring, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in coding, gaming, or technology.
• Ability to learn and apply curriculum quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through coding curriculum and projects.
• Create a positive, high-energy dojo environment and supervise students.
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress and conduct tours.
• Collaborate with Lead Senseis and leadership team to support students.
