Job summary

KidStrong Powell is seeking a talented Children’s Coach to engage with kids aged 12 months to 11 years and their parents. You will implement the monthly curriculum, maintain safety, and keep classes on schedule in a lively, professional environment.

The role offers part-time or full-time flexibility with opportunities to increase hours through private coaching, and requires comfort coordinating with parents and staff to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children in KidStrong age range (12 months to 11 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents about curriculum and progress.
• Must be able to assist and supervise physical activity; maintain safety and technique.
• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and maintain curriculum pace.
• Greet students and parents/guardians at class start.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, professional demeanor during classes.
• Use the KS Coach’s App to record class data for parents.
