Job summary

O2 Fitness Clubs in Morrisville, NC seeks a Kids Club Team Member to create a fun, safe space for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years while members work out. You greet members, verify consent forms, and monitor sign-in/out to enforce the 2-hour limit.

You guide age-appropriate activities, supervise toys, and maintain a clean, organized area. The role offers an hourly wage with benefits such as complimentary gym access and training session discounts.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure all parent/guardian forms are completed.
• Monitor sign-in/sign-out for 2-hour limit.
• Follow guest procedures for non-members.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing of children.
• Organize age-appropriate activities for engagement and safety.
• Supervise toys and inform management of supplies/repairs.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and neat Kids Club area.
• Uphold uniform standards and promote O2 services.
• Perform other duties to support O2 Fitness mission.

The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area
• Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian
• Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit
• Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club
• Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child
• Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
• Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs
• Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty
• Promote O2 services
• Other duties as assigned to support the vision and mission at O2 Fitness

Experience

• Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Childcare experience is preferred
