Job summary

O2 Fitness in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time Child Care / Kids Club Team Member to create a fun, safe environment for children while members work out. You will greet families, verify forms, and manage sign-in/out within a 2-hour limit, ensuring child safety and engagement in age-appropriate activities.

Enjoy a supportive team, complimentary O2 Fitness membership, and opportunities to promote services while maintaining a clean, welcoming play area for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Childcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage and supervise children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian.
• Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit.
• Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club.
• Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child.
• Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
• Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs.
• Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty.
• Promote O2 services.
• Other duties as assigned to support the vision and mission at O2 Fitness

The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.
