Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking a Kids Club Assistant Manager to oversee the entire Kids Club operation under the Activities department leadership. You will coordinate activities, holiday programming, and special events while ensuring a fun and safe environment for guests, members, and associates’ children.

The role supports budgeting, payroll oversight, staff coaching, and recruitment, with a focus on exceptional guest service and professional development within a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college; supervisory experience in activities/childcare preferred.
• Background in childcare or related field is expected.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office products and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Kids Club activities and events development.
• Manage scheduling and labor to meet department goals.
• Coach and discipline Kids Club associates with guidance from leadership.
• Recruitment and retention of Kids Club staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of Kids Club facilities.
• Coordinate CPR and First Aid training and certifications.
