Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort seeks a dynamic Kids Club Manager to design engaging experiences for young guests, lead a dedicated team of assistants and supervisors, and run daily operations in line with our luxury hospitality standards.

You will develop seasonal programming, manage budgeting and staffing, and partner with resort teams to deliver memorable family moments while mentoring leaders for future growth in a hospitality-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in childcare, youth programming, recreation, hospitality, or comparable operation, including at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience leading teams and managing operations with responsibility for staffing, associate development, safety, operating standards, and financial performance.
• Experience in resort, luxury hospitality, family programming, or another high-service environment preferred.
• Ability to complete background checks and clearances, including FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Welfare clearance, and PA State Police history.
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and related certifications upon employment.
• Fluency in English and professional communication with guests, parents, associates, and leaders.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Kids Club including guest experience, programming, daily operations, and safety standards.
• Set departmental priorities, plan activities, and ensure staffing and communication for events and holidays.
• Lead the assistant manager and supervisors, with focus on hiring, development, performance, and retention.
• Oversee department budget, labor, expenses, purchasing, inventory, and revenue opportunities in partnership with resort leadership.
• Ensure safety and compliance including required clearances, training, emergency procedures, and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with Activities Team and other departments to coordinate experiences and align priorities.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to resort operations including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
