Kids Club Coordinator (Part-Time) - Waldorf Astoria Orlando (Finance)

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator to join the Recreation Team! Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property features 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Classification: Part Time

Shift: Various - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.64 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Coordinator, your responsibilities include supervising and assisting children in hotel activities such as arts and crafts and swimming, ensuring excellent guest service and safety. Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting families with their needs
• Supervising children's activities and safety protocols
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kids' club area
• Creating monthly calendars of events and activities, including weekend craft tables
• Handling payments via credit card and cash
• Reporting suspicious persons or activities to security
• Providing assistance and guidance to guests
