Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Kids Club Coordinator to join the Recreation team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a Kids Club Coordinator, you will supervise and assist children participating in hotel activities, including arts and crafts and swimming, ensuring excellent guest service and safety. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting families with their needs
• Supervising children's activities and safety protocols
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kids’ club area
• Creating monthly event calendars and organizing weekend craft tables
• Handling payments via credit cards and cash
• Reporting suspicious activities or hazards to security
• Providing guidance and assistance to guests
