Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a Kids Club Coordinator to join the Recreation Team.

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property features 502 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Shift: Varies; must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a Kids Club Coordinator, your responsibilities include supervising and assisting children in hotel activities such as arts, crafts, and swimming, contributing to exceptional guest service and profitability. Your key tasks are:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting families with their needs
• Supervising children's activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kids' club area
• Creating monthly event calendars and organizing weekend craft tables
• Handling payments via credit card and cash
• Reporting suspicious activities or hazards to security
• Providing assistance and guidance to guests
