The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication with parents, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for families within the gym setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in childcare, education, recreation, or related setting preferred.
• CPR certification for child & infant or ability to obtain certification is required.
• Background screening is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and attentiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for children and parents.
• Register, check-in, and check-out children per policy.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities and educational play.
• Assist with feeding infants as directed by parents.
• Maintain a clean and safe childcare space.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from parents and guardians.
• Communicate program details to members about services and amenities.
• Follow all policies, safety guidelines, and childcare standards.
• Assist with special projects, events, and other duties as assigned by management.
