Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Kids Crunch Attendant to provide a safe, engaging childcare environment for members' children while they work out. The position emphasizes attentive supervision, age-appropriate activities, cleanliness, and strict adherence to policies.

Applicants should be 18+, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have CPR certification (Child & Infant) or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience with children in childcare or related setting preferred.
• Current Child and Infant CPR certification required or able to obtain.
• Background screening completed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for children and parents.
• Conduct accurate child registration, check-in, and check-out.
• Supervise and monitor children at all times for safety.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities and play.
• Provide attentive care to infants and young children per parents' directions.
• Maintain a calm, organized childcare area and clean toys/equipment.
• Answer childcare-related calls professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with parents about children's needs and activities.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines; assist with events and duties.
