Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) seeks a Kids Crunch Attendant to provide a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for members' children while they use the facility. The role requires attentive supervision, positive interaction with children of varying ages, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to members and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare or related experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or ability to obtain it.
• Background screening completed successfully.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professionalism, patience, and attentiveness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for children and parents.
• Register, check-in, and check-out children accurately per policy.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities and play.
• Provide attentive care to infants, including feeding as directed.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and nurturing space.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize toys and areas to uphold safety.
• Ensure the space is free of hazards and unsafe objects.
• Answer childcare-related calls and inquiries professionally.
• Communicate with parents about needs, activities, and concerns.
• Suggest age-appropriate toys and activities when suitable.
• Know club programs and amenities to assist members.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines; assist with events as needed.
