Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Kids Crunch Attendant to provide a safe, clean, and engaging childcare experience for members' children while parents train. You will supervise, welcome families, and ensure policies are followed.

You will conduct registration, check-in/out, and coordinate age-appropriate activities. The role requires CPR certification, strong customer service, and the ability to maintain a calm, nurturing space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous childcare or related experience preferred.
• CPR certification for Child and Infant required or ability to obtain.
• Background screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment for children.
• Register, check-in, and check-out children following policy.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety.
• Offer age-appropriate activities and educational play.
• Assist with feeding for infants as directed by guardians.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and nurturing space.
• Clean and sanitize toys and areas to health standards.
• Communicate with parents about needs and concerns.
