Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a dedicated childcare assistant to provide a safe and engaging environment for children and their families. You will help with registration, supervise activities, and ensure children’s well-being under supervision.

The role requires CPR certification and compliance with local/state clearance requirements, along with strong communication and teamwork. A flexible schedule supports family-friendly hours at the club location.

Qualifications

• CPR certification for Child/Infant is required.
• Experience working with children; certifications as local/state laws require.
• Child Abuse & State clearances required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check out children and parents accurately.
• Monitor and care for children to ensure safety at all times.
• Interact with children consistently to engage them.
• Initiate age-appropriate games, arts and crafts activities.
• Assist with feeding or eating needs as directed by parents.
• Maintain a clean, safe play area and sanitize toys.
• Communicate information about children to parents/guardians.
• Follow all club policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Support club management and other projects as needed.
