Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring a Kids Crunch Attendant to provide a safe, clean, and engaging childcare environment while members use the fitness facility. You will supervise, interact with children, and ensure adherence to safety policies and responsive service to families.

The role requires high school completion, CPR certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents. Duties include registration, activity facilitation, and collaboration with club management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Child and Infant CPR certification required.
• Background screening completion required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, friendly environment for children and parents.
• Register, check-in, and check-out children per policy.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities and educational play.
• Provide attentive care to infants as directed by guardians.
• Maintain a calm, organized childcare area and sanitize toys/equipment.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and communicate with parents.
• Assist with special projects, events, and club operations.
