Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is hiring a Kids Club Team Member in Nashville, TN. In this role you will engage with children, supervise a playroom, and help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere while parents work out.

You’ll follow safety and cleanliness protocols, communicate effectively with families, and support a fun, active environment. Prior childcare experience and CPR certification are valued; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
• Energetic, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
• CPR certification.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.


• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required. (We provide this if needed.)


• Excellent communication skills are required with both children and adults.


• Have the ability to make children feel secure.


• Bilingual preferred.
