Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Kids Club Team Member to help supervise children in our in-club play spaces and ensure a welcoming, safe environment while parents work out. This role requires clear communication with kids and guardians, and a warm, patient demeanor to support a positive experience.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities, with complimentary TruFit membership and discounted personal training.

Qualifications

• Experience in daycare/childcare with references.
• Infant/Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required.
• Excellent communication with children and adults.
• Ability to make children feel secure.

• Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.
