Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Kids Club Team Member in Texas. You will supervise and engage children while parents exercise, creating a safe and welcoming space and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have child-care experience, strong communication, energy and patience, and CPR/First Aid certification. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with complimentary TruFit membership and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a daycare or childcare environment is required, along with references.
• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required. (We provide this if needed)
• Excellent communication is required with both children and adults.
• Have the ability to make children feel secure.

• Engage with and supervise children in a playroom while parents work out.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children.
• Follow TruFit safety and cleanliness protocols consistently.
