Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Kids Club Team Member to warmly supervise children in the playroom while parents work out. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment and support families in a busy fitness facility.

Prior daycare experience is preferred, CPR certification required, and you will follow TruFit safety protocols to maintain clean, engaging spaces for kids of various ages. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours within a friendly team.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.
• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required. (We provide this if needed)
• Excellent communication with both children and adults is required.
• Have the ability to make children feel secure.
