Location: Snowmass Club | Snowmass Village, CO

Schedule: Part-Time/Full-Time | Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do
Care for our littlest members and guests, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Plan and lead fun activities—think games, arts & crafts, and creative play.
Change diapers, assist with potty training, and handle all those “moments” with grace.
Keep meticulous records of each child’s visit, including sign-ins, releases, and incident reports.
Ensure the Kids Club is sparkling clean and safe at all times, following all safety protocols.
Communicate warmly with members and collaborate with team members to create an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

What You Bring
High school diploma or GED preferred.
2 years of relatable childcare experience is a big plus.
Child CPR & First Aid certification (must-have!)
Energy, patience, and a proactive attitude—because every day is an adventure.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a fun, safe, and engaging space.
