Job summary

US Fitness Holdings is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure smooth club operations.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, supervising play, and responding to needs with care. You will follow safety procedures, assist with paperwork, and participate in trainings, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or be at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing.
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Willing to learn; follow safety policies.

• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.

• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
