Job summary

The Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin seeks a friendly Kids Club Associate to help coordinate and run special events, activities, guest events, and planned happenings on property. This is a part-time role with night and weekend availability.

Key duties include delivering guest packages, assisting with the Kids Club—crafts, outdoor movie nights, tie-dye, and dance parties—plus performing as our Monty mascot throughout the resort. Maintain a fun, safe, engaging space for families.

The Kids Club Associate is responsible for assisting with the coordination and performing of special events, activities, guest events, and planned happenings in the resort.

This is a part-time position with night and weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:

• Delivering guest packages throughout the resort.
• Assist with the Kids Club which includes crafts, outdoor movie nights, tie dye, dance parties, and performing as our mascot Monty throughout the resort.
• Keeping the Kids Club stocked, cleaned, and fun at all times
• Engage with guests in professional manner
• Decorate for all resort parties including but not limited to NYE, Halloween, Easter, Christmas, etc.
