Job summary

The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable and enthusiastic individuals for an Attractions Attendant role in Wisconsin Dells. The position supports a fast-paced team, providing guest interactions, safety compliance, and guidance to attractions, arcade, and amenities.

Day, night and weekend availability is required for either part-time or full-time schedules, with emphasis on guest safety and exceptional service. Equal opportunity employer.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a three-story dry play structure and monitor activity.
• Ensure guests are fitted with Laser Tag vest properly.
• Make sure guests watch safety video as required.
• Alert staff when attractions need repair.
• Keep ride/attraction areas clean.
• Follow safety standards and report violations.
• Enforce posted rules for each attraction.
• Assist guests to attractions, arcade or amenities.
• Ensure staff and guests' safety at all times.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

Attractions Attendantposition is responsible for ensuring all safety requirements are met and communicated with guests to ensure all questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner.

This is a part- or full-time position with day, night and weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:

• Will oversee a three-story dry play structure and will monitor activity.
• Required to ensure guests are properly fitted with Laser Tag vest.
• Ensure guests watch appropriate safety video as required by the attraction.
• Alert proper personnel when attractions are in need of repair.
• Kepp ride/attraction areas clean.
• Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards.
• Will enforce posted rules for each attraction.
• Cash handling skills may be required.
• Attendant will interact with guests and direct them to the correct attraction/arcade/amenity.
• Above all ensures the safety of staff and guests.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
