Qualifications

• No degree or certification required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to genuinely connect, communicate, and motivate others.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with checking in and answering questions.
• Provide a safe and fun environment for kids while parents work out.
• Review the day’s assignments with the manager on duty.
• Ensure guests have a smooth workout experience with help as needed.
• Take breaks as scheduled (30-minute lunch/breaks) and participate in free workouts.
