Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized, inspiring customer service in the children’s department and support sales goals. You will help customers with product selection and fittings while upholding store standards and representing the brand.

The role emphasizes excellent customer interactions, collaboration with teammates, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability for varied shifts is important.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and support store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, replenish merchandise, and assist with floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.
