Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with young children in Eden Prairie, MN. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA supervision and help children build skills through play and routine, in a supportive center-based setting.

You do not need prior experience; we’ll train you and support you to obtain RBT certification within 45 days. Competitive pay, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Reliability—showing up for scheduled hours and completing administrative tasks.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years with autism in a center-based setting.
• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA, guided by treatment plans.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for each child.
