Job summary

Tutu School Cypress is seeking a passionate ballet teacher to inspire young dancers and deliver our signature curriculum. You will lead 45-minute classes, manage attendance, and support families while upholding a joyful, child-focused studio culture.

Ideal candidates have ballet experience, strong communication, and prior teaching. A high school diploma is preferred. Join us to nurture creativity and confidence in tiny dancers in a welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.

It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
