Tutu School West Portal is seeking enthusiastic dance instructors to lead 45-minute classes built on a carefully crafted curriculum for young dancers. Instructors will engage with both children and their families, delivering a warm, creative, and structured learning environment in a studio setting.

The role emphasizes strong ballet technique, clear communication, and a commitment to nurturing dreams in young students, with onboarding and ongoing training provided by Tutu School.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• Great communication skills are required for parent and student interactions.
• Teaching experience is preferred to effectively deliver curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including restocking and processing sales via POS.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathrooms.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
