Nordstrom Inc in Chicago area is seeking a professional sales associate in Kids Apparel & Shoes. You will deliver excellent service, build lasting relationships with parents and gift-shoppers, and help customers feel good and look their best while meeting sales goals.

You’ll partner with expecting and new parents to guide baby essentials, including shoes and gear, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
