You will build lasting relationships with parents, kids and gift-shoppers, offering expert sizing guidance and a memorable shopping experience. A team-first mindset and comfort with digital selling tools are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow‑up
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up – Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method (follow up 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months after a purchase), Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book (your tool for tracking customers so outreach feels personal)
