Job summary

The Children’s Place in Wrentham, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and use appropriate selling techniques to help customers.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, replenish stock, and keep a clean store and backroom, while greeting customers, handling cash, and promoting the PLACE Card.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and promotions, assist with stock and size representation.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate on the PLACE Card.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and display per standards.
• Support stockroom organization and safe, clean store environment.
• Contribute to achievement of store goals and assist leadership when needed.
