Job summary

The Children’s Place in Wrentham, Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock, while upholding store cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize serving them.
• Greet customers and provide appropriate level of service.
• Explain value and promotions while addressing out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to improve conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and promote PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure size/style representation.
• Follow merchandising standards and keep stockroom organized.
