Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to ensure engaging, safe experiences for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes at our facility. You will organize activities, manage staff, and uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication with families, and the ability to mentor team members. A strong orientation to inclusion and positive play is essential to support our welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required within 60 days.
• Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications completed before first day.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in activities: storytelling, arts & crafts, singing, games.
• Monitor and maintain a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Maintain operating documentation, audits and cleaning checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
