Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Supervisor in Centennial, CO to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years, within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, organize safe play, and promote Life Time Kids programs while ensuring a fun, healthy environment.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, maintaining safety standards, completing team evaluations, and coaching staff through effective communication. Experience with children and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child CPR/AED certification within required timelines.
• Completion of state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe and healthy environment related to toys, equipment, children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
