Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member in Phoenix to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Kids Academy.

You will host parties or paid events, ensuring a safe, exciting environment that supports family fitness goals. You will greet members, guide children through arts, crafts, storytelling, and group games, while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within first 60 days
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing and games
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment
• Maintains Kids Academy and program areas per cleaning checklist
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services
