Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children aged 3–13 through activities such as arts, crafts, games, rock climbing and swimming, while weaving nutrition education into themed sessions.

You will help run engaging programs safely, maintain orderly spaces, promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue, and support shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within first 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED for Infant/Child and Adult within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, reach, and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming in order to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
